GoodNews Junction is a Christian news and media aggregator operated from Uganda. Our mission is to surface uplifting, faith-affirming stories from around the world — covering faith, family, governance, business, health, arts, and more.

The Site is intended for general audiences. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or pastoral advice. Nothing on the Site should be construed as such.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Aggregated content: Many articles on GoodNews Junction are sourced from third-party RSS feeds. We link to original sources and do not claim ownership of third-party content. All rights remain with the original publishers. We make reasonable efforts to attribute content correctly; if you believe your content has been used incorrectly, please contact us.

Original content: Editorial copy, design, code, and original articles produced by GoodNews Junction are protected by copyright © GoodNews Junction. You may share links freely. Reproduction of substantial portions of our original content requires our prior written permission.

By subscribing to our weekly digest, you consent to receive periodic email communications from GoodNews Junction.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any digest email. We will process your unsubscribe request immediately.

We will not use your email address for any purpose other than sending the digest and related service communications.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. For a free service, this means our liability is limited to USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GoodNews Junction and its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, all licences granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodNews Junction regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
